Lucie Bellerose first appears in Through the Door (Door to Door Paranormal Mysteries, Book 2). She is a friend of Anne Lace and becomes a resource for Emily Swift as Emily explores her own “magical abilities.”
Lucie lives alone in a brownstone in Matar, a city in the Empire. Although Lucie doesn’t come out and say it in Through the Door, it’s intimated twice by others that she is a natural witch. She returns in book three of the series, Doors Wide Open, playing a significant role alongside Templeton. From there, Lucie takes over and serves as the main character in the Bellerose Witchline series, sharing the spotlight with both Templeton and Rabbit as the two men move from the Door to Door series to the Bellerose Witchline books.
