Tara Parker-Jones is the best friend of Door to Door’s Emily Swift and the manager of a small specialty bookstore in downtown Kincaid. Because she’s such a tiny wisp of a thing, people have a habit of taking her for granted. What they don’t know is that she’s a shrewd and savvy businesswoman. Tara is confident, smart, and sexy. She appears throughout the Door to Door series and eventually serves as one of the Record Keepers for the Empire—IYKYK!

B – Bookworm — the nickname Sebastian St. Michel gives Tara in past writing challenges like the #12DaysOfTurvy and #TopsyTurvyRelationships. In my books, Tara and Sebastian’s paths never cross. Too bad, in a way, she would’ve been a good foil for him, and he would have liked her.
