Through the Door – This is the second book in the series and it’s wonderful being back with Emily and Rabbit and the whole cast in this fantastic, well imagined world. I ❤️ the plot of this story, it’s such an imaginative mix of contemporary, fantastical, mystery and muses!

Doors Wide Open, the third and final book in the Door to Door Mystery series by T.L. Brown, does not disappoint—it exceeds expectations! Once again the reader is allowed to tag along with salesman, Emily Swift as she door travels throughout the Empire battling the evil Fringe—a group of rogue, and ruthless, salesmen who want to control the Empire (and the Doors) by any means necessary…even murder.

The action-filled plot’s twists and turns held me captive from the first page until the satisfying ending. While the plot is awesome, Brown’s ability to create multi-dimensional characters is spectacular. The characters—their mannerisms, dialogue, and overall arcs—are so well-developed that I could “hear” Emily, Lucie, Rabbit, and Templeton’s voices as they bickered, teased, and celebrated with each other. I was excited to learn more about Emily’s friends, Rabbit and Lucie Bellerose, as I turned the pages, and especially thrilled to discover some secrets about my favorite Door to Door character—Templeton.

Although Doors Wide Open is the final book in the Door to Door series, we readers need not despair as T.L. Brown has a new series: the Bellerose Witchline series featuring Lucie Bellerose and the author also promises the return of Templeton and Rabbit in this new series!

If you have not read the Door to Door series, I recommend that you grab all three books, get comfortable, and enjoy a spectacular adventure!
