Huh. Apparently not all my characters were thrilled with what they had to do during the Instagram #TurvyTruthOrDare writing challenge. Except for Emily. She managed to stay on the float and belted out her “special” rendition of Twist & Shout from beginning to end.
The Empire will never be the same… 😏
*crumples up note from my characters and tosses it into the wastebasket*

“Whatever you say, Brown,” he answers, touching his glass to mine. “Just make sure you include me in the next Turvy. Templeton and I have a score to settle.”

Well, we’re going to take a well-deserved break. But stay tuned, because there’s nothing better than shaking up your characters’ lives with some Turvy-inspired trouble. Ha!
